Hannah’s attention to detail and caring nature ensure that every aspect of resident care meets the highest standards. With her extensive qualifications and years of hands-on experience, Hannah makes sure that care plans are personalised and that every resident feels valued and supported.

With over 20 years of experience in care management, Mark guides families through care funding and options with clear, honest advice. He understands that choosing a care home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and he’s here to ensure every family feels supported.

Liz keeps High Brake House running smoothly, as well as adding the thoughtful interior touches that make our home feel special. Her efficient coordination makes sure families receive prompt responses to their questions, while behind the scenes she manages the many details that allow our care team to focus on residents.
